mToken is a personalized security element located on your mobile phone within the mobile banking application mHB klik.
It is designed to enhance security when accessing electronic and mobile banking, as well as for confirming online transactions.
When do you need mToken?
mToken is required for:
- Making online payments with payment cards;
- Using electronic banking HB klik;
- Accessing and using mobile banking mHB klik.
Without an active mToken, online card transactions are not possible.
How to activate mToken?
You can easily activate it through the mHB klik application in just a few steps:
- Download the mHB klik app from the App Store or Google Play Store;
- Launch the app and follow the on-screen instructions;

1. Why can’t I pay with my card online?
- If you do not have mToken activated, your online transaction will be automatically declined. According to the new security standards, mToken is a mandatory component for verifying online payments.
2. Is mToken charged separately?
- No, mToken is free of charge and available to all clients via the mHB klik application.
3. How long does activation take?
- The activation process takes only a few minutes and is completed directly in the mHB klik app, without the need to visit a branch.
4. What if I change my phone?
- In case of a device change, you need to call our Contact Center at 19905 or visit your nearest branch so a backend reset can be performed. After that, you need to reinstall the mHB klik app and reactivate mToken.
