You access the HB klik service via the address hbklik.me using a web browser on your computer.
To access and use the HB klik service, you must have an activated mToken or Token. These security elements enable secure login and confirmation of all electronic banking transactions.
For login, you need to enter your username and a one-time password generated via mToken or Token.
HB klik, as well as the access method (mToken or Token), can be arranged at any branch of Hipotekarna Banka by completing and signing the service activation request.

Activation of access
mToken:
• Download the mHB klik mobile application from the appropriate store (App Store/Google Play Store);
• Scan the QR code you receive at the bank;
• Enter the activation code (SMS) and create a PIN;
• Optional: enable biometrics.
Token (physical device):
• Collect the device at the bank;
• Enter and change the initial PIN;
• Create a personal PIN;
• Generate a one-time password for login and authorization.
For each subsequent access:
Visit hbklik.me, enter your username and a one-time password generated via mToken or Token.
