Account information via SMS message.
The HB-SMS service enables you to quickly and easily check your account balance and selected banking services by sending an SMS inquiry.
You receive the response via SMS or Viber message, depending on your device settings and the availability of an internet connection.
Account information is available to you at any time, directly on your mobile phone, wherever you are.
What does the HB-SMS service enable you to do?
Via SMS message you can:
- Check your account balance;
- Check the available limit for installment purchases;
- Check the balance of the “Aktiviraj sitniš” savings account;
- Receive information about accounts by personal identification number (JMBG);
- Check the number of clients waiting in a specific bank branch.
How does the HB-SMS service work?
Send an SMS message to the number 14575 with the following content:
- BALANCE – to check the account balance (for Telekom and m:Tel network users);
- INSTALLMENT BALANCE – to check the available limit for installment purchases;
- COIN SAVINGS BALANCE – to check the balance of the account linked to the “Aktiviraj sitniš” savings;
- ACCOUNT JMBG – to view accounts linked to the entered personal identification number (JMBG);
- TICKET [branch code + ticket number] – for information about the number of clients waiting in a specific branch (Example: PG 25).
How to use the HB-SMS service?
To use the HB-SMS service, you need to:
- Have the HB-SMS service activated;
- Your phone number must be registered with the bank;

Your account must be linked to the SMS inquiry service.
* If the service is notactivated, you will receive a notification that the HB-SMS service is not enabled.
How to activate this service?
- If you are an existing client of the Bank, you need to complete and submit a registration form at one of the nearest Bank branches;
- If you are a new client, when completing the account opening application, please also select the HB-SMS service.
