Hipotekarna Banka AD Podgorica holds a license to provide investment services issued by the Capital Market Commission of Montenegro. In accordance with the Capital Market Law, the Bank provides its clients with basic and ancillary investment services, including:
- Reception and transmission of orders relating to one or more financial instruments.
- Execution of orders on behalf of clients.
- Dealing on own account.
- Portfolio management.
- Investment advice.
- Services for underwriting and/or placing financial instruments with a firm commitment.
- Services for underwriting and/or placing financial instruments with a firm commitment.
- Safekeeping and administration of financial instruments for clients, including custody services and related services such as cash management and collateral management.
- Granting loans and credit to an investor to enable the conclusion of a transaction in one or more financial instruments, where the lending or credit-providing entity is involved in the transaction.
- Providing general recommendations regarding capital structure, business strategy, and related matters, as well as services in connection with mergers and acquisitions of equity stakes in companies.
- Research and financial analysis or general recommendations regarding transactions in financial instruments.
- Services related to the execution of an offering or the sale of financial instruments with a firm commitment.
The above investment services are provided to the Bank’s clients on the basis of a signed Investment Services Agreement. The legal acts related to the provision of investment services are set out below.
