How to become a member?
The Priority Pass card is available with Mastercard Premium, Mastercard Porto Premier, and Mastercard Gold cards of Hipotekarna Bank.
Download the Priority Pass application from the appropriate store:
App Store for iPhone devices;
Google Play Store for Android devices.
User registration process in the application
- Select the “Activate your Account” option to start the activation process.
2. Select “Payment Card Number”, enter the card number, and then press the “Continue” button.
3. Enter your personal details, and then press the “Continue” button.
4. Create a username and password for your account.
The password must be at least 8 characters long and include one uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
Once you enter and confirm the password, press the “Continue” button.
5. Billing information entry
In this step, you need to enter payment card details, including:
Cardholder name;
Card type (Mastercard);
Card number;
Security code (CVV);
Card expiry date.
Check the accuracy of the entered data and press the “Continue” button.
6. It is mandatory to fill in the field related to the communication method.
*For the purpose of verifying the card you entered in the previous steps, you will receive a notification via the mHB click application to authorize the transaction. After completing this, you need to return to the Priority Pass application.
*This is strictly a verification transaction and no amount will be charged to your card.
Once you successfully complete all previous steps, you will receive confirmation that your account has been created and activated. You can start using all the benefits of the application.
