When the Principles for Responsible Banking (PRB) were introduced in 2019, they initiated a transformative journey for our Bank. Inspired by the winds of change, we set out to shape our distinctive approach. As the corporate governance landscape evolved in Montenegro, we embraced the opportunity to innovate. In cooperation with a strengthened Supervisory and Management Board, new committees were established, including the Sustainability Committee.

We are proud to share that we are pioneers in Montenegro, as the first signatories of the Principles for Responsible Banking (PRB). This highlights our commitment to setting benchmarks for sustainable banking practices in our region.

Our inaugural milestone was the development of the pillars that form the foundation of our sustainability efforts. Beyond this foundation, a series of initiatives and changes followed.
